The Ilocos Norte Governor, the Honorable Imee Marcos, gave out copies of the Contemporary English-Ilokano Dictionary written by Aurelio Solver Agcaoili of the University of Hawaii at Manoa Ilokano Language, Literature, and Culture Program.
